Airbridge joins Braze Alloys Partnership Program

We are delighted to announce our partnership with a global customer engagement platform Braze! Airbridge is now an official Braze Alloys Partner and our clients are able to send attributed data from Airbridge to Braze and build an even more efficient data-driven campaigns through this partnership. You can create user segments by using install attribution information collected and shared by Airbridge as well!

  • Integration Method: Airbridge and Braze integrates through SDK, which means that both Airbridge and Braze SDKs must be installed in your app prior to the integration. By adding just a few lines of codes, attribution data will be sent from Airbridge SDK to Braze SDK. 
  • Integrated Data Type: Airbridge attribution data contains ten different types of data. This includes Install Attribution Data (Source, Campaign, and etc) and Custom User Attribute (content, term, sub_id, and etc). 
  • Examples of Available Campaigns: Send messages to new users with contents relevant to the install-incurred campaign to enhance new user retention. Use In-App Messages to new users who installed through search ads whether they would like to continue searching for a specific keyword to provide a more personalized onboarding experience.

In addition, you can also discover specific Braze campaigns/canvases that incur re-engagements by directly linking Airbridge tracking link to Braze campaigns. This allows a deeper and more accurate understanding of performance of re-engagement campaigns through Braze.
